One of our prestigious clients, a leading Sofa Manufacturing Factory in Colombo, is looking for experienced Supervisors to oversee production teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain smooth daily operations.

Responsibility

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet specifications.
• Lead and motivate production team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with managers for production planning and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve operational issues on the shop floor.
• Maintain accurate production records and report to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in furniture or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Based in Colombo and available immediately.
